The challenge was to execute the visual communication strategy for Tecnomultimedia (now IntegraTEC), a B2B conference and trade show for the audiovisual and systems integration industry. Working within an established brand identity, the primary business objective was to drive lead generation on two fronts: attracting professional attendees to the conference and securing the participation of companies as exhibitors and sponsors.
My role was that of a key graphic designer in the execution of the marketing campaign. In close collaboration with the company’s marketing department, I was responsible for conceptualizing and designing a wide range of promotional assets. My work focused on creating compelling and effective designs that, while adhering to brand guidelines, communicated the event’s value. Deliverables included ads for specialized magazines, social media graphics, and other print and digital support materials.
The result was a cohesive and professional visual campaign that directly contributed to the event’s outreach and strengthened its position within its niche market. The creative approach to the advertisements and promotional materials was key to capturing the attention of the specialized audience, helping to solidify brand recognition and meet the goals for attendance and commercial participation.
