The challenge was to design and execute a multi-channel visual communication campaign for Refriamericas, the leading congress and trade show in the refrigeration industry in Latin America. The main objective was to drive registrations for the congress and attract qualified visitors to the trade exhibition, solidifying the event as the essential annual meeting point for the sector.
As an integral part of the marketing and design team, I participated in the creation of a 360° visual campaign that was deployed throughout the year. My role was to conceptualize and design a wide range of promotional materials, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints, including:
Email Marketing Campaigns: Designing newsletters and automation assets to nurture prospects.
Print Advertising: Creating ads for specialized magazines and promotional postcards.
Social Media Content: Developing graphics and banners to generate excitement and engagement.
Event Materials: Designing visual support pieces used during the congress.
The result has been the consolidation of Refriamericas as the leading event in the Latin American HVAC/R industry. The consistent and professional visual communication strategy has been a key factor in maintaining sustained growth in the number of attendees and exhibitors year after year, strengthening the brand’s recognition and authority in the sector.
